Keväällä 2023 käynnistettiin HUMAKOn ja Humakin yhteistyönä mentoriohjelma Humentorin pilottihanke. Hankkeen tarkoituksena on saattaa Humakista valmistunut alumni sekä Humakin opiskelija yhteen vastavuoroiseen oppimiseen ja vuoropuheluun. Tämän vuoden mentoroitavat eli niin kutsutut aktorit ovat opiskelujen loppupuolella olevia Humakin opiskelijoita, jotka voivat hyötyä Humentor-ohjelmasta ammattikentälle siirtymisessä. Mentoriohjelmaa on tarkoitus jatkaa ensi vuonna, joten seuraathan sekä HUMAKOn että Humakin tiedotuskanavia. Humentor on HUMAKOn jäsenpalvelu, joten kaikki HUMAKOn jäsenet voivat hakea aktoreiksi. Mentoriksi taas haetaan Humakin kautta.
Tänä syksynä on järjestetty mentorien etätapaaminen, jossa vaihdettiin kokemuksia mentorien kesken. Lokakuussa järjestetään myös vastaavanlainen aktorien tapaaminen. Mentori ja aktori ovat tehneet keväällä yhteisen sopimuksen, ja he tapaavat noin kerran kuussa keskustelemaan aktorin toiveiden mukaisista teemoista.

In spring 2023, the pilot project of the mentoring program Humentor was launched in cooperation between HUMAKO and Humak. The purpose of the project is to bring a Humak graduate (mentor) and a Humak student (actor) together for mutual learning and dialogue. This year's actors are Humak students who are near the end of their studies and who can benefit from the Humentor program when moving towards the professional field.
The plan is to continue the mentoring program next year, so please follow both HUMAKO's and Humak's information channels. Humentor is HUMAKO's member service, so all HUMAKO members can apply to become actors. Mentors apply through Humak.
This autumn, an online meeting of mentors has been organized, where experiences were exchanged between mentors. A similar meeting of actors will also be organized in October. The mentor and the actor have made a contract in the spring, and they will meet about once a month to discuss themes according to the actor's wishes.
