INVITATION: HUMAKO Representative Council’s Autumn Meeting on 5 November 2026

HUMAKO’s Representative Council’s autumn meeting will be held on 5 November 2026, starting at 5:00 p.m., at Valkea Talo and online.

The meeting will cover the following items:

  1. Opening of the meeting
  2. Determination of the legality and quorum of the meeting
  3. Recording those present and granting speaking rights
  4. Appointment of meeting officials
    4.1. Appointment of the secretary
    4.2. Appointment of the minute reviewers and vote counters
  5. Adoption of the agenda
  6. Announcements
  7. HUMAKO’s Action Plan for 2027
  8. Decision on compensation for positions of trust 2027
  9. HUMAKO’s Budget for 2027
  10. Appointment of the operational auditors and statutory auditors for 2027
  11. Other matters
  12. Closing of the meeting

All HUMAKO members are also warmly welcome to attend the meeting. We kindly ask participants to register in advance with the Executive Director. Please register by 5:00 p.m. on 4 November.

  • Please note that you are only entitled to observe the meeting and do not have the right to participate in its proceedings.
