Invitation to the Representative Council Spring Meeting

The statutory spring meeting of the HUMAKO Student Union Representative Council will be held on Tuesday, May 19 at 5:30 PM in Helsinki at Valkoinen talo (Ilkantie 4, 00400 Helsinki).

The following statutory matters will be addressed at the spring meeting:

  • The 2025 annual report and operational audit report
  • The 2025 financial statements and auditor’s report
  • Granting discharge from liability to the 2025 board and other accountable persons
  • Deciding the membership fee for the 2026–2027 academic year
  • Appointing the Central Election Committee
  • Electing a student representative to the Board of Suomen Humanistinen Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy

In addition, the following matters will be discussed:

  • Updates from the board

The agenda for the spring meeting will be sent to Representative Council members by email.

All HUMAKO members are also warmly welcome to attend the meeting. We kindly ask participants to register in advance with the Executive Director no later than May 18. The spring meeting can also be followed remotely if necessary. If you join remotely, please remember the following:

  • Introduce yourself — use your real name as your visitor name
  • Please note that you only have the right to observe the meeting
