HUMAKO is looking for a Vice Chair of the Board for the remainder of 2026

The Vice Chair of the HUMAKO Board has resigned from the position as they are moving into a staff role within the student union. As a result, we are now looking for a Vice Chair of the Board for the remainder of 2026.

The Vice Chair of the Board is part of the student union’s leadership team together with the Chair of the Board and the Executive Director. The leadership team meets weekly. The team is responsible for stakeholder cooperation, preparing Board meetings, and maintaining and developing the administration. Other responsibilities of the Vice Chair include leading the work of the Board’s teams, supporting the Chair in their duties, and representing the student union at various events.

The Vice Chair of the Board will be elected at the Representative Council meeting on Tuesday, 6 October, starting at 17:00. We recommend that those interested in the position attend the Representative Council meeting. It is also possible to participate in the meeting remotely.
