HUMAKOn edustajiston 2024 sääntömääräinen järjestäytymiskokous pidetään hybridimuodossa tiistaina 21.11.2023 klo 16:30 alkaen Humakin Helsingin kampuksella, tilassa B1.12 (Ilkantie 4, 00400 Helsinki).
Järjestäytymiskokouksessa käsitellään sääntömääräiset asiat:
Edustajiston koollekutsumistavan valinta
Edustajiston kokoonpanon toteaminen
Opiskelijakunnan puheenjohtajan valinta
Opiskelijakunnan varapuheenjohtajan valinta
Hallituksen puheenjohtajan valinta
Hallituksen varapuheenjohtajan valinta
Hallituksen jäsenten valinta
Tutkintolautakunnan opiskelijajäsenen valinta
Ohjesääntöjen vahvistaminen
Edustajiston sääntömääräisten kokousten ajankohdat
Järjestäytymiskokouksen esityslista on lähetetään edustajiston 2024 jäsenille sähköpostitse kutsun yhteydessä.
Jokainen HUMAKOn jäsen on tervetullut seuraamaan kokousta livenä tai etänä. Mikäli haluat tulla seuraamaan kokousta, ilmoitathan asiasta sähköpostitse opiskelijakunnan toiminnanjohtajalle viimeistään 20.11. klo 23:59 mennessä.

The 2024 organizational meeting of HUMAKO's representative council will be held in a hybrid format on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, from 16:30 at Humak's Helsinki campus, room B1.12 (Ilkantie 4, 00400 Helsinki).
In the organizational meeting, the statutory matters are discussed:
Selection of the method of convening the council
Determining the composition of the council
Election of the president of the student union
Election of the vice-president of the student union
Election of the chairman of the board
Election of the vice-chairman of the board
Election of board members
Election of the student member of the examination board
Confirmation of guideline document
The times of regular meetings of the representative body
The agenda of the organizational meeting has been sent to the members of the representative council 2024 by email in connection with the invitation.
Every member of HUMAKO is welcome to follow the meeting live or remotely. If you want to come and follow the meeting, please notify the executive director of the student union by e-mail no later than 20.11. by 23:59.
